A Letter
To the Shadow Who Cleared Out My Bank Account:
You will rue the day. Rue.
To the Faceless Retail Bureaucracy That Was Hacked:
Please reveal yourself so that others will not fall prey to your shoddy security.
Thank you all,
An Angry Black Woman
Yes, the bank is making me whole. I'm just really pissed off.
ETA: Janice suggests www.bugmenot.com as a great way to get around the registration business. Thanks!

I have to REGISTER to access OnlineAthens?? Are they kidding??
Sorry, I'll comment on the stories once I "create a username and password" to access a freakin' local-small-a**-town rinky-dink news rag.
Harumph. :)

Anita!!
I'm so sorry! You need to adjust your avatar's face to truly reflect the frustration...let the simulacrum manifest your sentiments, thereby alleviating the actualization of the transcendent fury.
Or something.

Holy crap! It wasn't associated with Citibank, was it? I'd been reading in BoingBoing about them being hacked.
And for those who don't want to register at places like OnlineAthens, use www.bugmenot.com. I got into the site using one of their userid/password combinations.

Oh, this is awful. ID theft is bad, bad, bad. I hope you find the suckers and give them the punishment they so richly deserve.
